You will be responsible in assisting IT Infrastructure Team on daily IT Operations, managing the implementation and maintenance of IT application systems to meet the Retail Operations and office team’s business needs.
Job scope:
- Perform installation, configuration of computers, printers, ERP & POS systems
- Provide remote / onsite access support to Operations (as and when required)
- Perform setup and troubleshooting of email management, such as MS Outlook, webmail, etc
- Liaise with external vendors for system support
- Perform routine IT housekeeping /administrative jobs such as filing, documentation and reporting
- Assist in IT asset administration / management
- Support and assist in special events (e.g. IT Trade Show, System Migration etc)
- Any other projects / adhoc duties as assigned by Superior
