Guest Relations Officer
(Sentosa)
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in tourism/hospitality is preferred
- Singaporean/ SPR
- Minimum O Level & above
- Bilingual; must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin
Job Responsibilities include:
- Front desk customer service
- Answering to phone enquiries
- Ticketing
- Sale of Merchandise/ Photos/ DVDs
