Ideocean is a young and dynamic company; focussed on management consultancy, project development and knowledge services in marine, offshore, ports and cruise industries. We are expanding our team in Singapore and are committed to developing a team of multifunctional and dynamic personnel through giving hands on training and investing in their development. This internship will give the successful applicant an opportunity to work with a trans-national team of maritime experts, travel and get trained through a structured company training program.

At the end of the internship, a successful candidate will progress to the role of Business Development Associate. At the end of the internship; She/He shall also have the opportunity to apply for and pursue other opportunities within Ideocean Group within the Research, Administration or Operations functions.

The Management Trainee / Business Development Intern will report into the Managing Director and be involved in the following aspects of Ideocean's business:

• Marketing Campaigns

• Understudy the development of Key Account Plans

• Customer Relations Management

• Business proposals and Bid preparations

• Involvement in, seminars, presentations and road shows

We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work, especially individual with the following qualities:

• Singaporean or PR

• Good academic track record

• Highly communicative and pleasant personality

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Adept in MS office and PowerPoint presentations

• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment

• Able to undertake regional overseas travel alongwith the Ideocean team
