DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding (full works)
Ø Co-ordinating with candidates/ internships about signing of LOA dates
Ø Signing of LOA
Ø Issue of uniforms
Ø Preparing and signing of documents for new TM (MBS, AXA temp sheet)
Ø Checking and verify of documents
Ø Update OPS on the start dates
Ø POS/ email creation (etc.)
- Paymaster
Ø Data entries for new TM (Full time, Causal)
Ø Updating of details for current TM(s)
- Recruitment
Ø Advert (Online posting, newspaper posting)
Ø Attending Career fair
Ø Co-ordinating with manager/ candidates about interview arrangement
Ø Make offer to candidates
· Letters
Ø Preparation of letters for verification purposes.
Ø Preparation of letters for special needs
Ø Adhoc letter
· TMS
Ø Register of fingerprint for office staff (Executive and below)
Ø Register and set up of TMS via web for all TM
Ø Troubleshooting and checking of TMS
