iCarsclub: Asia's first and largest peer to peer car sharing marketplace
iCarsclub is a revolutionary personal mobility solution for everybody. iCarsclub was founded in May 2012, with a vision to bring the benefits of peer to peer car sharing to our Asia's people. iCarsclub first went live on 12/12/2012 in Singapore, with great support from NUS Enterprise. iCarsclub soon attracted a lot of public attention. Major media including Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, MediaCorp have reported us. Currently, iCarsclub is expanding fast both in Singapore, China and other parts of Asia. As a promising startup backed by venture capital, we’re looking for talents with marketing, sales, customer service talents to join us and grow together with the company.
· Check, facilitate, and approve membership applications.
· Respond to inquiries through emails or phone calls from clients about the availability & cost of vehicles, peer to peer car rental process, membership, etc.
· Guide customers to complete reserves through over the phone or email.
· Explain the conditions of peer to peer car rental.
· Addressing customers' needs and questions and dealing with complaints.
· Provide support services and sales.
· Supervise the day-to-day operations and train & oversee customer service staff.
Requirement
· Singapore Citizen or PR
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
