iCare Life (iCare) is a social enterprise based in Singapore that is established with the social goal to improve the quality of services by defining service standards in selected trades.
Our priority is to equip individuals with adequate skills and knowledge that will aid them in providing the best service quality in professional home-care for the elderly, babies and toddlers as well as in other selected service trades such as professional chauffeuring.
The lack of service quality in these sectors is primarily due to inadequately defined service standards. Hence, in an effort to boost the service quality standards in these sectors, iCare has developed its very own training methodology that integrates international service standards into its training curriculum.
iCare’s service training method– Life Enhancing Methodology is developed based on a set of world class service standards, extensive global research of the requirements of service personnel in these niche professions and the methods in achieving a balance between managing the expectations of service receivers and providers.
iCare believes that learning should be engaging, interactive and at participants’ own pace. As such, our training programmes comprise of latest interactive multimedia learning materials and case studies as well as hands-on practical sessions, which puts the iCare training methodology into context. These advanced learning techniques will enable participants to absorb more knowledge, pick up skills at a faster rate and more importantly, retain the knowledge longer.
Training courses also include communication, time management and interpersonal lessons that will enable participants to be more effective and efficient in their roles.
The ultimate goal is to provide individuals that belong in these service sectors to become more confident and more comfortable in their roles. More importantly, these training courses equip individuals with in demand skills, thus provide an avenue to gain professional recognition and career development

Job Description
iCare is a social enterprise engaged in training and development of informal services. With self-learnable training content which can be accessed through internet or classroom based environment iCare is revolutionizing the trainings in these services around the globe.
Our team is engaged in continuous efforts to get deep into current markets and development of new ones. This requires two activities to focus:
1) Market identification and development: This involves primary and secondary research to maximise our service reach. With new e-learning platform as well as upcoming blended classroom learning, it will also need the usage of dynamic marketing techniques to develop and build the presence of iCare Life.
2) Product development and customisation: Our products base which is currently ICT based learning resources needs improvement and modification based on market and client needs. Adequate and continuous research will fuel in for this requirement.
