Job Description
- Administration of online data system
- Collate and report monthly growth council monitors and metrics
- Manage KPI and quote conversion monitors
- Research on potential market for growth and generate reports
- Interact with clients as part of gathering voice of customers data
- Analyse statistical and business data/information and report findings
- Ensures own and others’ compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures
