Performing outbound calls to warm leads from channel refferals Provide first and second level support enquiries Deliver helpdesk support Support any other ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Must be a team player Results oriented. Strong telephone and web-based demonstration skills required Strong call handling techniques and persuasive communication skills Prior experience a plus Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Mandarin a plus
