The HRBoss Sales Development team is looking for a winter/spring intern in our Singapore Office. Do you have what it takes to be the next top Sales Leader @ HRBoss?
As a Sales Development Intern, you will play a key role in driving new business for our sales teams by qualifying inbound leads and helping manage various outbound campaigns. You will work closely with HRBoss’ world-class corporate sales as well as marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious graduate with an interest in sales to work in a fast-growing and dynamic company environment to advance their career- fast.
Responsibilities:
Qualify and develop inbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries
Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
Drive attendance for marketing campaigns and events
Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in SalesForce.com
Cold calling prospects regarding our HR software products
Work with upper level managers and directors to design region specific outbound efforts
Schedule demonstrations between Sales Representatives and potential customers
Requirements:
A fresh graduate with a keen interest in Sales, Marketing and/or Recruiting
A rockstar sales performer with evidence of consistent and current success (if you come with some sales experience)
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
Highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
Experience working and succeeding in a goal driven environment
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
Excellent academic qualifications - please provide your GPA when applying
Must have the right to work legally in Singapore.
