Job Description

In order to support our rapid growth we are looking for an aggressive Account Development Manager to be based in our Singapore office.

Description

Account Development Manager is responsible for reaching out to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients to recommend the suitable software solutions for their organisation
  • Offer trials to prospective clients
  • Constant follow-ups after client’s trial to sign up for paid versions
  • Assist clients to sign up for the desired products

Required Qualifications

  • Aggressive and dynamic personality
  • Demonstrable knowledge of account management (planning, prospecting and closing)
  • Ability to work in a fluid/changing market place.
  • Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate client communication
  • Great verbal and written skills
  • At least 2 years professional B2B selling experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Successful experience at new account development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
  • Track record of inside sales success
