Job Description

Role:

Responsible for the human resources & administrative aspects within the company

Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretary and administrative support to Chief Executive Officer & Chief Information Officer;

  • Manage CEO & CIO travel, schedules/appointments, etc;

  • Deal with all correspondence, meetings arrangements and general administration matters;

  • Update & maintain proper filing of all HR records;

  • Manage general HR admin, medical/staff claims, annual leave records, daily time attendance etc;

  • Handling of payroll & yearly IR8A submission;

  • Handle administrative work such as employment/dependent pass application, processing, renewals and cancellation;

  • Preparation of orientation packages & new hire documentations;

  • Overall in-charge of office facilities and maintenance to ensure a clean & conducive work environment;

  • Source for the most cost effective office stationaries & pantry items and maintain their inventory;

  • Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.
