Successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the whole spectrum of how a company works. As an operations executive, the individual will need to manage both HR Law Academy as well as HR Law Academy Training Centres.
Under HR Law Academy, the person will gain experience in registering the participants for the requested courses. Subsequently, he/she will learn how to invoice as well as keep track of the payment. Should an invoice be due, he/she is responsible to follow up with the respective customers, preventing bad debts to build up. The successful candidate will also have to assist the trainer in preparing him for his workshop the next day or on the day itself. An operations executive is to ensure that the event runs smoothly and should there be hiccup, the issue should be addressed immediately.
Under HR Law Academy Training Centres, an operations executive is expected to market the room to potential clients. He/she is also trusted with liaising with the customer directly to find out their requirements and preferences. Other than that, this successful candidate will also have turn over the room to the desired setting of the next client. The client's needs and requests should be fulfilled, if reasonable. He/she is also expected to use his/her troubleshoot when a problem arises.
