Job Description
				
Global HR Support (Workday) - 8 months contract
			For the launch of Workday as a new HRMS, temporary additional resources is 
required to support Workday end-users (employees, managers and HR). The team 
will support existing support organization(s) in answering all Workday related 
questions from September 2014 until May 2015.
The jobholder needs to offer First Tier support. This consists of answering 
all questions related to ‘How to’s’, route questions that require in-depth 
knowledge and keep track of all question using a ticketing/logging 
system.
The Support process is documented with a support catalogue designed 
to indicate the routing of possible support questions being raised. The 
jobholder will get access to a tracking system to archive all questions raised 
and answers given
Tasks
- Answer (‘How to’) questions relating to the Workday system and processes.
- Provide user support to managers and HR on location and use of self-service tools.
- Log and manage all calls.
- Reroute questions that require in-depth (local) process knowledge.
- Escalate problems/issues with the system.
- Answer questions related to Workday’s link to other systems (PeopleFluent, BW, local payroll) or reroute them to Integrations team
- Run reports out of HR system
- During the Operational cycle for Performance Management in Peoplefluent answer basic questions from employees and managers
Requirements
- General HR knowledge (MSc or BSc degree in HR)
- Interest in HR systems and processes.
- Well-developed computer skills in the MS Office environment
- Related HR or Support work experience is beneficial but not mandatory or required
