Job Description
- Liaise with different departments for on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Arrange interviews, book meeting rooms and liaise with candidates
- Provide assistance for Training Needs Analysis and training coordination
- Participate in HR events and projects (e.g. Job Fairs, WorkPro program etc.)
- Provide support to Recreation Committee in organising employee welfare programs
- Act as the point of contact for employee's queries and requests
- Various ad hoc tasks as assigned
