- Serve as technical advisory role
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion to avoid projects’ overruns
- Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives
- Lead project team members located in different countries and to assist to review the work of the development team via regular status meetings
- Participate in detailed discussions, system demonstrations and solution planning with our clients
- Visit periodically prospective customers
- Managing after sales service support to customers related to product training, sales, event and activities
- Implement tracking and split-testing of digital marketing campaigns
- Evaluate effectiveness of overall digital marketing campaigns
QualificationsOther Information- Diploma in IT related qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with digital marketing industry
