• Serve as technical advisory role
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion to avoid projects’ overruns
• Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives
• Lead project team members located in different countries and to assist to review the work of the development team via regular status meetings
• Participate in detailed discussions, system demonstrations and solution planning with our clients
• Visit periodically prospective customers
• Managing after sales service support to customers related to product training, sales, event and activities
• Implement tracking and split-testing of digital marketing campaigns
• Evaluate effectiveness of overall digital marketing campaigns

• Diploma in IT related qualification
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with digital marketing industry
