Qualifications
- To serve as receptionist for walk-in customers
- Attending to walk-in customers
- Attending to all phone-in enquiries and feedback to related parties
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by providing solutions to their needs
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of Office
- Conducting office Tour, if needed
- Input of deceased information to system
- Ensuring Agents and Customers are aware of the Company’s Regulations
- Any other jobs assigned byManager from time to time
- 2 shift:
- 1st shift: 9am to 1pm (AM)
- 2nd shift: 2pm to 6pm (PM)
- Secondary/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive Attitude
- Willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
