  • To serve as receptionist for walk-in customers
  • Attending to walk-in customers
  • Attending to all phone-in enquiries and feedback to related parties
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by providing solutions to their needs
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of Office
  • Conducting office Tour, if needed
  • Input of deceased information to system
  • Ensuring Agents and Customers are aware of the Company’s Regulations
  • Any other jobs assigned by Manager from time to time
  • 2 shift:
  • 1st shift: 9.30am to 1.30pm (AM)
  • 2nd shift: 2pm to 6pm (PM)
Qualifications
  • Secondary/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Willing to learn
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
