House of Hot Shotz is a student care and development centre that offers before and after school care services to working parents. They focus on character building and strongly believe that proper guidance and supervision is necessary in children's path of learning. Therefore, instilling in students the discipline to work independently will take the students a long way in their growing up years ahead with the centre. Thus, their service assures parents that their child is in good hands while they are at work.
Your Task
- Conduct 1 Study Session of class size between 12 - 14 during normal school terms in the afternoons.
- Normal work hours during school term is 12.30 am - 6.30 pm.
- Work hours during school holidays will be revised to 8.30 am and the extra hours will be duly reimbursed.
- Monitor students' school homework (English & Mandarin spelling, etc) during Homework Supervision Time.
- Mark extra assessment work or test papers done during Tutorial Sessions at the centre and guide students in the corrections.
- Monitor students' behaviour, encouraging polite and positive responses.
- Assist in administrative roles like monthly invoicing, collection of monthly school fees from parents and updating information on system, purchasing of assessment books and exam papers yearly etc together with the team of teachers.
- Plan and execute Holiday Programmes as a team with other teachers at the centre.
- Assist in helping out at the centre where the children are concerned like small birthday celebrations, Xmas Party, New Year Party etc.
- Assist in the locking up of the centre on rotation basis.
