- Responsibilities:
- Assist in consulting and training projects.
- Assist in mystery audit, customer survey and franchise projects.
- Data compiling and analysis.
- Desktop research.
Learning Experience:- Wide exposure to hotels, food & beverage and service industry
- Project management skills
- Time management skills
- Learn to work independently and as a team
- Interpersonal communication skills
Requirements:- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree (Preference for those with hospitality background).
- Ability to communicate well, both verbal and written.
- Ability to act resourcefully and creatively.
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
