- HOLLYWOODCLICKS.COM is singapore's largest online DVD rental firm inspired by the technologies, glamor and excitement of Hollywood. www.hollywoodclicks.com We are looking for students to assist in our daily operations. You can get an insight on how Online DVD Rentals are being run by handing the daily activities required in the operations which includes 1) Customer Service - To assist the customer service team in approving new memberships, verifying credit card numbers and addresses, answer member queries, handle member problems and overall assist the team in any matters 2) Processing /Operations - To assist the processing team in its daily operations including processing incoming DVDs, filing, processing outgoing DVDs, adding new movies to inventory, helping to solve shipping problems and overall assist the team in other matters. Motivated, independent students with keen interest on movies and excellent communication skills. -----------------------------------------------------
