Job Description
An Intern, Recruitment - Asia Pacific with Hilton Worldwide will support and oversee the day to day operation of the Asia Pacific Recruitment department.
What will I be doing?
As an Intern for the Recruitment department, you will be involved and expected to perform these (but not limited to) following tasks, with frequent interaction with functions in/ outside of HR department i.e. HR Operations, Training, Finance department etc.:
- Establish and maintain Recruitment systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation related to Recruitment
- Assist in the recruitment in the Corporate office, and across Asia Pacific
- Assist in implementing Recruitment policies and procedures
- Coordinate recruitment activites across Asia Pacific (both corporate and property level)
- Onboarding activity in the Corporate office
- Responsible of internship requirements across Asia Pacific
- Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Create/ Maintain social media recruitment channels for Asia Pacific Hilton Worldwide Recruitment team
- Recruitment-related projects & tasks (recruitment strategies, cost of human capital, employer branding)

An Intern, Recruitment, serving Hilton Worldwide, its Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To carry out your job effectively, you will need to demonstrate proficiency with the following personal skills, qualities and attributes to the highest standards:
- Ability to multi-task (preferred)
- Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions where appropriate; tenacity; resilience; diplomacy
- Ability to analyze information, can solve problems efficiently and confidently
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (Mandarin & English - important)
- Self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision
- Good organization skills: able to plan, organize and work with tight deadlines
