Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver life skills and character development programmes for students from primary to tertiary levels through overseas community development projects

• Facilitate students’ learning

• Responsible for operations and client account management

• Assist in on-going research and curriculum development

• Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

• Able to travel overseas

• Enjoys being in the outdoors

• Passion in the area of youth development

• Possess good conceptualization skills to understand learning methodology / concepts / programmes

• Good working knowledge of Singapore’s education system will be an advantage

• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills

• Possess strong leadership qualities

• Proactive, pleasant, observant, mature and steady

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
