Job Description: Ever wondered what goes into the making of a bespoke garment? Looking to venture into the menswear tailoring scene? Welcome to the revolution at Hertslet & Co. Bespoke Clothier. We currently have an opening for a 3-month internship/apprenticeship programme starting in October to December 2014. We look forward to recruiting new Spartans to join our ranks of 300!
• Assist in day-to-day operations
• Maintain overall upkeep of atelier
• Provide assistance during customers’ consultations and fittings
Interested applicants should:
• Possess a keen interest in fashion or tailoring
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Demonstrate thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn
• Be willing to commit to a five-day work week from Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm for a period of 2 months (Oct – Dec)
• Be a Singaporean or PR
No prior industry experience is required but would definitely be an advantage. Allowance/remuneration is open to negotiation.
