We are currently looking for a passionate and capable Partner Manager to manage our cleaning partners within Singapore. You will be their first point of contact and ensure the smooth and effective running of operations.

Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

As Partner Manager, you will be responsible for keeping your Cleanerbase happy - make they hit their desired income levels, are offered the right jobs and ensure they provide quality service in order to receive good ratings and retain customers.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

    • Managing your Partner lead database and pipeline, and recruiting new Partners if you see job rates rising and knowing which cleaner to use (and when)
    • Maintaining good relationships with all Partners, including all onboarding, live issue resolutions, payment issues and Partner evaluations
    • The matching of jobs where necessary (at times manual matching may need to be done – i.e. last minute changes etc) and ensuring schedules are updated accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Degree qualified, with at least 2 years work experience ideally in a similar role (customer service, vendor management, sales etc)
  • Strong relationship management skills – you are comfortable with (and enjoy) relating to different types of people
  • Strong communication skills – fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Mandarin an advantage for liaison with external parties
  • Patience, with an entrepreneurial spirit – passionate about the start-up scene and ready to roll up your sleeves to build the next Singaporean success story!
