Job Description
At Healint, our patients are our most precious assets and we are looking for a passionate and proactive Patient Happiness Intern, who is able to help them make the most of Migraine Buddy. You should have some experience in a customer facing role with the patience for dealing with patients’ queries and getting to the root of their problems. Understanding the needs of the patients and working with the technical team to improve the app will be a large part of your job. To do this, you will have to use many different channels including social media, email and other forums.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Answering queries from users and keeping abreast with the most asked questions and feature requests
● Interacting with users to gather feedback about the app and its features
● Creating content to promote Migraine Buddy on social media channels and our website
● Compile, write and update (as needed) a help guide for Migraine Buddy users
● Working with the tech team on planning and executing features for Migraine Buddy and other products
You should be:
● Helpful and have a passion for customer service
● Flexible and able to think on your feet
● Have experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop etc
● Have experience with social media management particularly Facebook and Twitter
● Able to work well with the team and independently
