Haymarket Media seeks a capable and highly-organised intern to provide support to the events team in Singapore. 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing, event promotion 

• Deal confidently and efficiently with entry/delegate enquiries 

• Identify and resolve issues with awards entries/delegate information

• Assist with entry processing and event operations

• Provide support in gathering information/research and vendor liaison, if required 

• Assist in various duties as needed 

Requirements:

- Knowledge in MS Office

- Excellent attention to details

- Excellent organisation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

- Good time management and multi-tasking skills

- Good communication skills, both written and oral and fluent in English and Mandarin
