- Job Description
- 1.1 Primary Responsibilities- Work with project manager to develop and install IT projects- Receive training and perform duties in IT department- Set performance goals and objectives with project manager- Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers- Responsible with quality control of finished product- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties- Assist project manager to manage the back-end of the IT development- Perform any other duties that are assigned by the project manager1.2 Requirements- Proficient in CSS, Javascript and HTML- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability- The ability to work well with others and lead a team- Speaks fluent English- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
