Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in book keeping and perform general administrative function
- Handle and tracking of accounts mainly AP, AR & GL
- Assist in accounting transactions
- Preparing financial schedule, budget, and support documents
- Preparing proposals and contracts
- Generate quotation, invoice and receipt
- Perform admin support duties - Data entries, photocopying, filing, scanning, etc
- Write and prepare minute of meeting
- Any other ad-hoc duties related to Accounting
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Business Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially words and excel
- Computer literate and good communication skill
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Independent, responsible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player
- Pleasant, hardworking and responsible
- Able to perform and eager to learn
- Immediate availability
