H2O Interior Renovation – Interior Design Management Trainee

• To provide professional service and inspiring designs that is tailored to meet each customer individual preference and requirements prior to commencement of interior design projects.
• Responsible for all design related aspects- conceptualize, execute, implement, present creative and detailed ides.
• Design space planning, concept development, construction detailing and perspective drawings.
• Responsible for site measurement and ensure smooth production process of projects.
• Liaise with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• To present design proposal, source and work with suppliers when required.

• GCE'O'/N level/Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in related field is required.
• Candidates without working experience but with the pleasant personality may be favorably considered.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Possess strong design concepts, perspective drawing, space planning and project management.
• Creative, able to multi-task,motivated,pleasant working attitude and work independently.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with bilingual speaking associates.
