Job Description
Responsibilities:
This is an Intern position in Human Resources in the Management Division in GUTTZ Singapore. Overall, you will carry out aspects of the HR cycle from hiring, induction, payroll & welfare. You are required to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and methodology designed to adapt and perform in your role.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Cycle:
Hiring: Be involved in developing hiring campaigns or work on existing ones to attract the right candidates for open positions.

Induction: Formally induct selected candidates based on their choice of working style and projects, and guiding them through the culture and workflow at the company.

Payroll: Manage some aspects of payroll for employees within the company.

Welfare: Conceptualize and execute on ideas to create welfare and cultural aspects for new candidates and within GUTTZ' teams.

Overall
  • Ensure successful execution of Human Resources Processes by utilizing company guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all company & corporate communications policies and protocols
  • Establish and develop relationships with Clients & GUTTZ Team.
  • Familiarizing oneself with GUTTZ' products and services.
  • Ensure all Human Resource efforts are appropriately resourced and executed.

Requirements: 
  • Background in Human Resources, Business, Management or Related Fields
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Outgoing with pleasant personality
  • Result Driven
