Job Description

Overview:

This is an Executive position for the Sales function in GUTTZ Singapore. Overall, you will be involved in accounts servicing in pre and post sales. You are responsible in gathering and delivering client requirements to the project management team, and handling further inquiries by clients on the products and services they purchase from us.

Marketing (Brand Management, A&P Campaigns)

Key Responsibilities: 



Sales Handover & Client Care

Collate & Deliver Client Requirements: Gathering accurate information and specification from clients, and delivering them to the project management team.

Following up with clients of project status and levels of satisfaction

Establish gaining clients' interest & confidence: Developing & maintaining relationships with clients through meeting project delivery in terms of quality & time.

 

Overall

  • Ensure successful execution of Sales Processes by using sales guidelines.

  • Ensure adherence to all company & corporate communications policies and protocols. 

  • Establish and develop relationships with Clients & GUTTZ Team.

  • Familiarizing oneself with GUTTZ' products and services.

  • Ensure all sales & marketing efforts are appropriately resourced and executed.

  • Executing the strategy & programs to help our local leadership communicate with clients & employees on strategy and key operational aspects.

 

Requirements: 

  • Background in Sales, Marketing, IT, or Related Fields

  • Outgoing with pleasant personality

  • Result Driven
