Introduction/back ground
The Internship Programme with Grundfos Industry team provides an experience of the “real industry world”. Grundfos Industry offer solution and world class water technology to our customers such as water treatment, temperature control, cleaning washing engineering companies and Industry end user in all areas.
During the internship programme, you will be attached to a department/team for on-the-job learning where you can learn from your peers and line managers, who will guide your progress. This is where you can develop your personal skills and competencies to prepare for your future career and challenges. Interns will get to participate in Grundfos events for networking with the diverse workforce and immerse in Grundfos culture.The Role:
Identify, select and size suitable solutions for industry inquiries. Support industry sales specialist team in initial stage of the proposal process.
Responsibilities:
· Generate technical documentation for Industry inquiries
· Participates in Industry sales meetings and discussion.
· Actively works with customers on industry projects.
. Preparation of budgetary quotations
. Coordination with engineering department on customizes products.
. Join customer visits (site/office)
. Weekly reporting of general industry updates including competitors information, project status and related technologies
Education and/or Experience:
· Should currently be studying for a diploma in Chemical and Bio science Engineering or Environmental and Water Technology.
· Ability to collaborate with diversify team members
· Knowledge of proper and effective use of Microsoft programs, Adobe Acrobat and basic AutoCAD programs.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Able to understand technical terminology and mathematical formulas.
