Is Mashable your homepage? Do you want to create engaging content that will keep users coming back for more? Group Eight is expanding its Social Media team. We are looking for candidates with skill set in developing custom Facebook promotions and driving programs that will increase our client portfolio’s Facebook and twitter presence.

Responsibilities

Manage the expansion of our client’s blogs, twitter account and Facebook pages.
Develop social media strategy for customer support online.
Participating in online conversations across the internet with a specific call to action for Customer Support
Research, track and report industry standards and emerging trends.
Monitoring client’s online reputation on forums and message boards.

Qualification

Exceptional written and communication skills with the ability to write professionally for varied audiences.
Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
Interest in social media and community management
Great time management skills; ability to multitask
