We are seeking for a motivated individual to join us as Marketing Intern.



Jobscope:



To assist the Assistant Marcom Manager to carry out branding activities encompassing corporate and product activities in SEAPAC.
Marcom & PR - Assist the development of content and design of the quarterly newsletter, localizations, adaptations of key visual posters, ensuring that product information are accurate and to coordinate & edit products/info updates.
Manage PR articles and tracking of PR values.
Newsletters - Assist in coordinating & creating content for both monthly online e-newsletters and printed newsletters. To increase database (web research and data entry) for SEAPAC. To remove duplicates, sort, increase and clean up mailing database of various markets.
Market Intelligence – to start Insight Driven activities by monitoring and tracking trends and competitive situations.
Assist in consolidating, organising and analysing online traffic reports, marcom asset distribution and PR values for improvement and to help in developing the target reports.
B2B – assist in developing Project Sales tool kits, Project Specifiers CD, corporate gifts and organising project-related events (e.g networking sessions & off-site events)
B2B Offline Catalogues – continuously download and organise new hi-res product images, CAD files and product details for project sales tool kit.
Ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.





Requirements:

Min a Diploma in any field or current undergraduates in the university
Must be computer and internet savvy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willing to commit at least 4 months of Internship Programme
Organised and detailed,keen eye for sorting out detailed information
