Job Description

-Coordinate with internal departments to respond quickly to various markets/customer's needs.

-Coordinate special events.

-Place and track advertising/update database.

-Liaise with the PR agency as well as vendors.

-Prepare and organize brochures and materials and sent them to relevant parties.

-Assist in various duties as need.

Key deliverables:

-Respond to all needs, requests and problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

-Proactive in assisting in events and ensure that the events run smoothly.

-Ensure that all advertising submissions are punctual,Tracked and all databases are updated regularly and accurately.

-Track and organize all marketing materials and ensure that they are readily available upon request.
