Reporting to : Assistant Marketing Manager (Asia region)
• Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager to carry out marcom activities in the region.
• PR – Manage PR articles, track and monitor PR activities & coverage, liaision with media
• CRM / Online – Maintain and tracking of database, execute comm plan. Manage and develop online newsletters to key stakeholders, customer database and analytic tools
• Events – coordination of event preparation, on-site event support, liaison with vendors, manage event costing
• Newsletter – coordinate and create regional content, background or experience with content writing is an advantage
• Market intelligence – start insights driven activities, monitor & track trends and competitive situations
• New products – assist in roll out and execution
• Brand assets & collateral – maintain photo library, videos & visuals assets, provide necessary support to regional team
• Advertisement/Promotions – track response, support in developing content and design
• Ad-hoc marcom projects assigned by Supervisor
Pre-requisite:
Must be an organized person, pay attention to detail, takes initiative, team player.
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Proficient in MS Office
Experience or familiar with marketing / communications
