- “Planning” is called that because it’s all about defining, developing and defending a plan, meaning an informed, insightful point of view on how a brand’s communications should work. So if you don’t have previous planning experience you should at least possess some knowledge of and a keen interest in how marketing communications work today.
At Grey Singapore, planners collaborate with account managers and all kinds of creative folks to make ideas with impact – for the brand, for the business, for the culture – so, again, it’ll help to have some ideas about what “impact” means, and some experience working in dynamic teams.
