Title: Management Trainee

For the 1st 3 months, you will be learning the basics of F&B by working at our outlets, trying out the different roles. We have 10 different roles in our outlet that you can experience. You will be rotated around to try the different roles and experiences the challenges each role provides. This is also to build up your mentality of being a leader. You need understand the basics of the business/industry you are in. 


After the 3 months, you will be shifted back to the backend office where you will be rotated throughout 4 different business functions: Marketing, Business Development, Accounts & Human Resource. This will allow you to have exposure to all business functions and to help you decide on which function interests you the most.
After the rotation, you will then focus on a specific business function to work on and develop.
Alternatively, after the 3 months rotation, if you realize that you still prefer the daily challenge of managing a physical outlet, you can also stay on as a outlet supervisor and gradually progress to become a trainer or  an area manager.
