Green Pastures Freight Pte Ltd – Accounts Administrator

Purpose of Position
The Accounts Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day accounting and financial of Green Pastures Freight Pte Ltd.

Scope
The account administrator reports to The International Director and is responsible for assisting of customers' invoices, purchasing, maintaining accounts receivable / payable, supervising the payroll and personnel administration.

Failure to provide adequate services may result in lost or misused incorrect invoices, missed bill payments and possibilities of mismanagement for employees payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Assisting general administrator with the preparation of daily customers' invoices.

• Assisting Logistic Team on day to day petty cash and cash based payment shipment.
• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable system in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys.
• Maintaining customers and suppliers accounts.
• Assisting the director with employees salaries and CPF payment on monthly basis.
• Reconcile bank statement against accounts payable, receivables and petty cash.
• Preparing balance sheets and income statement for company accountant when necessary.
