Role and Responsibilities
- Assist Secretary of Fair Dealing Committee to manage Fair Dealing programme.
- Involve in the administration and conduct of regular market conduct engagements with the management, departments and salesforce to improve quality of sales advisory practices and quality of agency management practices.
- Involve in the standardization of the investigation process and system implementation.
Qualifications and Education Requirements / Preferred Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel) preferred
