- Assist Project Managers in the planning/execution of Hotel development projects and other administrative works
- Manage project records for client presentations and report submissions
- Manage documentation and project filing platforms
- Organize and facilitate project meetings
- Assist in implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems
- Post Secondary qualifications with at least 2-5 years of related experience in building projects Fresh graduate with diplomats in Engineering, Building/Project Management, Architectural/Interior Design may be considered.
- Proactive team-player, independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
