Job Description: Responsibilities
Order processing for sales (Invoicing, consignment stock follow up; co-ordinating with dealers/customers)
Other matters relating to the management of accounts receivables
Answering of phone calls, data entry and filing( in English and Chinese)
Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Requirements
Must be excelent interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Self-starter who is results driven

Centralized work location: The plaza, Beach Road. (MRT: Bugis, Nicoll Highway)
