- We are an international leading lifestyle services provider offering a complete holistic experience in wellness, health and beauty services in Singapore. We have vacancy for Management Trainee (Marketing & Operation) internship program
Customer Service & POS Management
a) Regular check on appointment bookings to optimize the utilization of branches resources. Ensure studios are managing their customers through proper scheduling of customer visits to match available resources.
b) Check on branches maintenance of customers’ database and progress reports for prompt updating and completeness.
c) Ensure that branches are conducting progress review on their sign up facial and body treatment with customers as required and that reviews are conducted professionally.
d) Update of vouchers, redemptions and tally check payment from all deals promotions
Internet Marketing, Socia Media Face Book and Deals marketing
a) Attend to internet enquiry, follow up with data based from blasting, social media and feedback to Head of Marketing to follow up for cross selling purposes.
b) Update databased, memberships of customers and daily replys of emails to potential enquiry. Ensure accountability and proper handling of customer’s payments
c) Check and advise on internet enquires, telemarketing sales follow up and transaction d) Follow up update on facebook, twitter and other social media on new promotions
Any other task that may assign from time to time

5 working days’ per week*
Working Time 9am – 6.30pm
Internship period from 3rd week January to June/July 2013
