- Job Description
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and inquiries on treatment programmes, products, promotions and pricing.
To extend hospitality and good customer service to walk-in and existing clients at all times.
Responsible for self-image and tidiness of reception area.
Update of Client database, VIP membership, treatment session and inventory system.
5 or 6 working days per week
