- Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Management
• POS, Database and Studio Maintenance
• Trouble shooting on software & hardware
• Operations and schedule roster
• Upgrade and Improve Retail Operations workflow
• Customer Service Recovery
• Training on the use of POS System
Requirements:
• IT Diploma / Graduates are welcome / 1-2 years working experience in IT operation department will be an advantage and salary will range from $2000 onwards
• Good communication & able to speak Mandarin to Chinese speaking staff
• Bilingual – English & Mandarin
• Full time position can be consider
