Our producers are experts in their industries and regularly engage with business leaders to develop the highest quality products. Producers bring conference topics to life by developing the programme, inviting the most appropriate speakers, working with Delegate and Sponsorship Sales, and project managing the whole process from start to finish.

We reward talented staff and provide ongoing training for all of our producers as they progress to Senior Producer, and then on to Event Directors, Team Leaders and Managing Directors.
