Admin Staff
Responsibilities:
· Prepare complete set of dcouments for Import and Export purpose.
· Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts.
· Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
· Prepare reports of payrolls on monthly and fortnightly basis.
· Maintain all files and invoices and prepare records of minutes of meeting.
· Co-ordinate with shipping lines for Import and Export Documentation
· Evaluate all physical contracts with products and billing plans.
· Answer Phone Calls
· Data entry in INFOR ERP software
· Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
· Perform Ad hoc Duties assigned time to time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level/ITE.
- Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and other ERP software
- Good communication skills, English only
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in office administrative positions
- Able to work 5 days
- Full-Time position available
- Singaporean only
- Salary from: S$1800, neg. according to experience.
