Global Associates Holdings Ltd is a well established executive search and HR consultancy firm headquartered in HK since 1988, with offices in Shanghai and Beijing to cover the Greater China Region.

Most of our clients are financial institutions and MNCs engaged in luxury goods and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

* conduct database search or web-based search 

* review clients' and candidates' database and create/update/ clean up as instructed 

* update the contact information retrieved from name cards, linkedin, database, advertisement 

* assist Senior Consultants in headhunting works including preparation of client visits for consultant, participation of interview with candidates, 

   making cold calls for identification of suitable candidates, preparation of recommendation report for client

* other assigned tasks 

Through the above tasks, students can :

- learn the generic knowledge and organizational structure of financial institutions including banks, securities, life insurance, general insurance, assets management, leasing,

  finance companies and companies of other industrial sectors;

- enhance their communication, persuasion and interview skills

- have a better understanding of the salary package of relevant positions in Greater China and South Asia markets
