			Job Description
				- Contribute well-written industry user cases and product best practices
 - Identify common customer challenges and proactively address them through a variety of mediums and channels
 - Respond to high profile, high-impact customer escalations in a fashion that inspires customer loyalty
 - Collaborate with team members in Sales, Product, Support and throughout GIVEasia
 - On boarding new customers by hosting a kickoff call, coordinating a creative webinar, or advising on best practices for a successful launch
 - Sharing customer feedback across our organization to enhance the GIVEasia product
